When you receive the email confirmation for booking a study room, it contains a link to cancel your reservation. This link is unique to your reservation so you'll need to find the email in order to use this link to cancel your reservation. If you cannot find the confirmation email in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder for a message with the subject line: "Your booking has been confirmed!".
If you do not show up for your reservation within 10 minutes of the appointed time, anyone can use the room.
