The libraries seek to provide a balance of collaborative, quiet, and silent spaces.

Look for the signage in your area that indicates the level of acceptable noise. 

Disturbing other library users by loud and unreasonable noise is prohibited and includes loud conversations, snoring or using audio devices in such a manner as to disturb others. (SRJC Board Policy 8.28) (California Penal Code Title 11 § 415and § 415.5)
