Individuals who are 18 years of age or older and who can show proof of residence in Sonoma County are eligible to become community borrowers.  A Community Borrower Card that is valid for the current semester may be obtained for a fee of $10.00.

Community borrower accounts can only be created on weekdays from 8am until 5pm since you will need to pay a $10.00 fee with the appropriate accounting office to sign up for your account.
